Why is it a "future" date in the "Chilling Effects"?

I've just found a funny C&Ds in the "Chilling Effects" as follows;

Re: Re: Demand for Immediate Take-Down: Notice of Infringing Activity

There is a "future" date "September 20, 2007" in the header of that document.

But, it is September 8, 2007 in Japan.

So the date is at least 12 days ahead.

Please let me know if you know why is it "future" date like that.
